We are a group of a few like-minded, who come from various educational backgrounds and have traveled extensively. We understand the importance of giving the opportunity of traveling to others and do want to assist you in your travel needs.

Yelena N. Kasatkina Majored in Physics. Spent a while teaching at the Udmurt State University herself. Has been on most of our backpacking adventure trips. Has a wonderful niece and loves spending lots of time with her. Designs all of our printed materials and catalogues (too much time spent in an art school back in her childhood, too bad - smile!). She is the one who handles almost all the inbound and outbound requests coming through our site. |

Tatiana L. Peresypkina The one who has been with us since the very first days of operation of our agency. Except for those short breaks, when she was expecting her lovely daughters Masha and Dasha, as well as the first few months after the children were born. Does a great deal of work related to our volunteering and student exchange programs. It is she who is in charge most of the interviews and paper work on us bound exchange programs. Julia F. Islamova Julia is the one who does all Svezhy Veter site programming, design and marketing. Everything you see here is nothing but what Julia has done. Julia is a graduate of Izhevsk State Technical University. Majored in Applied Math and Programming. Finished all that with honors. She is also the one who loves sewing and singing. One should see what she can do! And although she is a little far away from us now, pursuing her further studies in Cyprus, we still work together and stay in touch all the time. |

Vladimir M. Bykov The one who is behind all our activities and projects. Studied Electrical Engineering, received his Master Degree in that area. 3 years of a post graduate school in Applied Math and Linguistics. Has been into Ham Radio since 1983. Visited over 100 countries himself as a backpacker. Army sergeant in the past. Loves cycling, photography, travelling, world cultures and languages. Almost all the photographs you find here on the site have been taken during his travel. Does believe that making people happy is very important. |
